At the heart of RECLAIM is a six-day, five-night immersive retreat in the mountains of Costa Rica, supported by preparation beforehand and continued integration afterwards.

ANCIENT WISDOM MEETS MODERN SCIENCE

RECLAIM brings together traditional healing wisdom, modern science, nutrigenomics, embodiment, nature and deeply supported transformational work.

Your Costa Rica immersion may include guided personal work, breathwork and Qigong, conscious dance, creative practices, Kintsugi, massage and bodywork, nature immersion, community and reflection, and an optional Sacred African Medicine Journey for participants for whom it is individually appropriate.

Every participant undergoes medical and psychological screening before enrollment.

THE JOURNEY CONTINUES AFTER COSTA RICA

Most retreats end when you go home. RECLAIM was created differently.

The six days in Costa Rica sit within a 22-week supported journey, giving you time to prepare intentionally before arriving and, importantly, to integrate what you discover into your everyday life afterwards.

You will be supported through weekly live sessions, private 1:1 touchpoints and the Sovereign Sisters Soul Pod — an intimate community of women walking the journey together.
